All of a sudden I get hundreds of bookmarks in both Chrome and Edge. The only thing new is that I am running Norton's Ultimate Utilities. Any correlation? Platform is a Dell laptop running the latest version of W11. These bookmorks do not correlate with the Favorites folder under Users.

I have an HTML file of favorites exported from a Windows 11 laptop. I cannot find a way to "import" these favorites to my Windows 10 Laptop. (I had to start from scratch because of extreme corruption.) Any advice will be appreciated. Regards, Jim
