Just go to C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT ,there are 6 hidden themes there.
You can double-click the .themes file under sub-directory Theme to install the theme
Note:You need to change your folder options to show hidden and system protected files.

SOLVED Thunbnails
Suddenly I have no thumbnail previews
at all. I've looked at my settings in folder options and have found no issues.Funny thing is,I had them yesterday.

In "folder options" I have selected "remember positions", but each time I open windows explorer, it uses the default position and setup.
