    Windows 8 Dell Venue 8 Pro alternative to media library for viewing pictures

    Has anyone found an alternative to the default photo viewer in windows 8.1? Or alternatively, how to change the way it sorts my folders. At the moment, all my old folders are showing first and my new folders are showing last which is a pain. Schwizer

    Windows 7 Lost ability to sort a folder contents in icon view

    Vista allowed the contents of a window to be sorted by name, date modified, etc in any view -- but it appears Windows 7 drops that menu bar for all views other than "details" view. I can right-click within the box to sort, but it's very inefficient. Any way to retain that detail bar in all...

    Windows 7 Windows Explorer is not auto refreshing

    When I first installed Windows 7, I found (as per Vista) that when a file was dropped into a folder, it was immediately ordered alphabetically. For some reason this has stopped working and the file simply drops to the bottom of the list in each folder. Can anyone tell me why this is so and what...
