Hey guys!
I am a non tech guy. So please pardon me if my question looks silly. I am currently using a windows 7 laptop. It’s a 3 year old system. Last week it got infected by some virus and malwares and I had to reinstall the OS. A few data including some photos, docs, music and game files were...

Hi, I'm getting these a lot recently. BSOD 1033 error.
I guess the 1033 local ID is telling me that I'm having a graphics card issue, this seems odd because I just had this thing replaced like a year ago after having similar problems. I also got new drivers for it just the other day but it...
A Retrospective
In late 2016, the Windows Insider team did something new. We hosted a real-time Webcast. While the concept of a webcast is not new, this was the first one for us. We hosted it during the development cycle for the Creator’s update and we timed it with the first Bug Bash. It was...
After changing the video card the second monitor does not show up in screen resolution & both screens show the same thing.
How do I get the screen resolution to show both screens like before so that I can select what shows up in the second screen.

Hello everyone.
I was using my PC when suddenly something snapped, messing up the screen with lines, dots and swirlies and it restarted the PC, showing a BOSD every time I attempt to start it again.
I don't think it's my graphics card or power supply, since I swapped them with my backup PS &...

I've updated the BIOS and installed a new graphics card but i'm still receiving BSOD's while playing my video games. If there is any additional files or additional things I need to add to this thread just let me know and i'll try to add them when I can.
-Thank you very much!
I haven't had any problems since I installed windows on a new hd back in 2012. Until now.
Yesterday I was on the internet and I see something like static on the screen. After a short while my computer froze. I restored and that seemed to work, but today Windows will not boot. I can boot in Safe...

This afternoon my GTX 760 decided to hang itself for whatever reason. I did a bit of trouble shooting - clearing CMOS, un-reinstalling drivers, replacing it with another card (the 680), putting it in another PC, etc. and it doesn't seem to work. Specifically, BIOS won't detect it.
Specs: MSI TF...
Hi,
I used to get bluescreens that moslty had the error message DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, which I found out was due to my HDD, which was very old and slow. So I replaced that and don't get that error any more, but still blue screen that doesn't really have an error message.
I'm decent with computers...
I have NVIDIA GTX 680 graphics card, and I have the latest drivers installed. Yet when I open the windows 10 upgrade app, it says the display is incompatible. I have read in several places that the GTX 680 works on windows 10, so why can't I upgrade?
Hi,
yesterday I accidentally pulled the plug of my PC without shutting it down properly. Today it didn't boot at all. Shortly before it would usually display the user selection the PC just completely stops sending visual signals to my screen. If I proceed to shut it down by holding the power...

Hello,
Since a few days, my laptop computer Acer Aspire 8920G of 2008 restarts in a loop after a few seconds (1 minute at the most).
On the other hand it manages to start in mode without failure and I can use it with all the limitations related to this mode.
I cleaned the ventilator so that it...
