    Windows 7 My 'my computer' icon is missing and greyed out too!

    I install Windows 7 build 7100 and for a few days everything was fine. Then, out of the blue, the "my computer" icon went missing. Also, when I right click on the desktop and select "personalize" > "change desktop icons" My computer is there but greyed out and non-selectable. Any ideas...

    Windows 7 Trouble Connecting to Port 2921: Firewall Issues on Windows Vista/XP Program

    i'm trying to run a program that used to work on vista/xp no issue. It wants to connect to port 2921 but its refused. i guess its my firewall, however, when i try to get into the control panel>firewall>allowed programs even though the program is ok'd it doesn;t work PLUS the change settings...
