Hi Everybody, re: Windows 11 (version 23H2 build 22631.3296) All of my folder views show each item with a Refresh or Recycle symbol. What does that symbol mean? If it's unimportant, can I eliminate it altogether?

When I mouse over the icon it says "search". I *think* the icon was for an email client that I used to use and recently uninstalled, Mailbird. Right clicking on the icon does nothing. The icon is not visible in taskbar settings.
