    Windows 7 Pin Desktop Icons

    I've looked with no luck but is there a way to pin desktop icons where I put them? I drag them where I want them then on reboot they are all moved to the left side. A minor annoyance, I place icons up the left side and across the top. Joe

    Windows 7 positioning windows on desktop

    I don't know if I'm being dim and missed a switch or something but I can't seem to arrange my windows on the desktop anymore so that they appear where I need them when opened ? this is important to me as I am used to working in My documents and My computer simultaneously with those two...

    Windows Vista Vista = Mac OSX

    So, does anyone else think that this new Vista is a copy of OSX?? I use a Mac OSX at school and Vista looks pretty damn similar. The widgets!? Why microsoft why. and the new windows layout i.e. My Documents and such look just like Mac OSX. Thats just my opinion though.
