    Windows 10 Ver. 10130, Apps from all apps list only open if I click "Open as Administrator?

    Windows 7 add items to the shutdown menu

    I want to add items to the shutdown menu on windows 7. but i need to add costum item ,with another name like "shutdown + 5" that will run a jar file that i bulit is that possible ?

    Windows 7 mouse pointer opens / closes menu items?

    I just purchased a new laptop with windows 7 and noticed that if I have my mouse pointer over a menu, file, link etc. it is either opened or closed depending on where my mouse is. To me this is a pretty annoying setting. Does anyone know how to turn it off?
