  1. Windows 7 pc only boots in safe mode

    i get as far as the windows splash screen and then the screen goes blank and just says "vga no signal". It boots up fine in safe mode. So far I have unplugged all usb devices from pc and formatted hard drive. When i formatted it booted up fine the first time. I updated windows then rebooted...
