    Windows 7 HOw to chose individual image/video to import

    I would like to know How can I set up the software camera wizard so that it gives me a choice of which picture or video to import. Right now it imports the entire file, absurd. If I want to import one video and one picture from a batch of 50, how can I do that? Thanks
