    Windows 7 Do you know what Socket the AMD Turion64 X2 has?

    Well, I know the anwser to that. "S1", or so I think what that is. What I realy want to know is what is the S1 compatible with? Socket 754? Socket 370? Or is it just "S1"?

    Windows 7 Intel Processors??

    What exatly makes the Intel Core 2 Extreme stand out in performance above say a Core 2 Quad. I have a Core 2 Quad Q9300 so if i fitted a QX9650 what differences would i see apart from the price!!! I know my mobo will accept this processor but the price is putting me off. :eek: :eek: :eek:
