    Windows 8 Sound dying?

    So recently the sound on my machine will randomly stop working- no apps produce sound, Chrome doesn't, not even the system sounds. I posted about this on another forum which told me to check for hardware changes in the device manager, but that doesn't seem to be working, or at least not...

    Windows 7 problems at start up (boot)

    Hi i have been using windows 7 x32 for a while now and i keep hitting a major issue. when I turn off my machine some times the installation gets as far as the starting windows sign but the windows logo does not appear, so i cut the power and my computer then comes with a memory error...
