Hi, all: I'm using Windows 7 64bit Professional and failed to update x64-based KB2552343 . Reported error is Code 800B0100. I strictly followed the solution mentioned What is the System Update Readiness Tool? but nothing changed, still the same error. Can anybody give me a hand please...

Running Win 7 64 bit and I noticed that my Add\Remove Windows feature box is blank. I ran the windows readiness tool and tried system restore to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.:confused:

If the recently released Windows 7 SP1 fails to fall into place, don't hit Windows Update again. Instead, run a CheckDisk, a System File Checker, and then an Update Readiness Tool, as explained by Tech Recipes . More » More...
