    Windows 7 Any Way to Recover Formatted Bitlocker Key?

    So yes it was very stupid to not write the key down but i quick formatted my usb key with the bitlocker key on it and i cant seem to find it using recovery software. I have used recuvra, recover my files, and pc file inspector and i still cant find it....

    Windows 7 Is there any way to retrieve the key on a PC with Windows 7 installed?

    I've installed it some months ago,I saved the key on a txt file but lost it,now I want to format but I can't reinstall Windows 7 without the key,is there any way to retrieve it?I've already tried with two programs that work for Windows Vista,but they don't work with Windows 7.
