Hello, my laptop is 2 days old and I went to do a windows update which I had to do and just says 'failure configuring windows features. reverting changes, don't not turn off computer' this also is happening with my other laptop I think it's a bit of a joke that it doesn't work on a brand new...

Since August I cannot install Windows 7 updates. Everything seem to go OK until "restart Computer" The installation gets to 16% then hangs and "Reverting back" message appears. I now have 11 updates but don't know what to do. Is this something I can fix ? Thanks

hi, when i try to update SP1, it installs on the update part but when it goes on to the 3 parts to install, it goes to 100% on the 3rd part but the says the "Service Pack did not install reverting changes" its really annoying...anyone else had this problem? any solutions? thanks Im Using...
