Just like the title says, i am able to search for my documents and i can find them but when i double click to open the message comes up saying "there was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found."

The search bos in windows explorer is greyed and I can't type anything in it. The Search task in Task Manager is missing. Perhaps that's the problem. How do I fix it?

The search bar in windows explorer is greyed out and I can't type anyting in it. In Task Manager there is no Search task. Perhaps that is the reason. HJow do I get the Search task back?
