    Windows 7 Failure of "Double-click to open an item (single-click to select)" an Start menu All Programs

    I have Folder Options "Double-click to open an item (single-click to select)" is engaged but Start menu All Programs list is failing to accord - selecting on hover and opening on single click. Anyone know a remedy? Thanks.
