Is there a way to disable that stupid snap to borders or grid or whatever on my desktop? I don't like that it won't let me place a window outside the top of the screen or behind/below the taskbar.

When I press Win-Left/Right, the current window snaps to the edge of the screen and is resized to half a screen.
I want to customize the feature: i.e. I want snapping to the left make a window two thirds of the screen and snapping to the right one third.
Is that possible? Google found nothing...

I have Vista Home Premium, fully updated. I'm using a Dynex wireless USB mouse on a Dell Inspiron 1720. It was working fine until I was looking through the mouse settings and I clicked "Snap To" to see what it was all about. Not liking it, I turned it off. But it didn't turn off.
