After i installed vista sp2 and rebooted,it started installing the driver software for sigmatel high definition audio codec.Then a new window pops out and say it failed to install because a device attached to the system is not functioning.Now,i can't hear any sounds.I'm using a laptop running...

Has anyone taken the leap and installed the newly released Vista SP2? I know there have been a few problems with the beta version so I am sitting on it hoping for some feedback before taking the plunge. :rolleyes:

Microsoft has released Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Windows Vista, in Link Removed and Link Removed versions. Vista SP2 contains a range of enhancements and changes as detailed in this Microsoft Article.
