    Windows 7 cannot view videos

    Hi. I am unable to view videos that are sent to me. This evening I received one that had AVI after it and that is a supported file type but I tried everything and still cannot get it to open. I get messages saying it may not be supported. Can anyone help?? Thanks. meajha
