How can i install games from Microsoft store without been installed to All Programs Start window and instead to be installed as big tile in the start screen in windows 10?

Everything worked fine until the update this week,then the system got buggy. Reboots solve most problems but now its the mail tile....I see on it, all the emails that have come in,but when I click on it,the big blue window with the envelope comes up,but it doesn't open. I'm I doing something wrong?

I have a Tile for Google Chrome and when I click on it I was hoping just Google Chrome will launch. Instead when I click on Chrome tile I get the desktop as if I have Windows 7 then Chrome launches. This takes up a lot of unnecessary time. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello folks, my big concern is about what I still call File Manager or Windows Explorer. I am used to opening Explorer using WinKey+E. Yeah that still works but I like two instances open and I tile them side by side. I cannot do that now I have Win7. Or can I..??
