    Windows 8 Right Dvorak keyboard

    I use the right dvorak keyboard because I have use of only my right hand. When Windows 8 boot up it boots up with the US keyboard even though I have set it to us only Right Dvorak. Is there a way I can make Right Dvorak keyboard the default?

    Windows 7 more than one occurance of documents library

    I have three accounts set up on my windows 7 machine: Sys_admin, Bil, and Myra. Sysadmin has sysadmin privileges, Bill and Myra do not. While i'm logged in as Bill, win7 seems to put some documents in sys_admin's documents library and some in my Bill documents library. Should I just remove...
