When I attempt to delete certain files or folders I am denied permission and prompted: "requires administrators permission".
But I am the Administrator! And I am signed in as such.
How do I fix this problem?

First- Thank you in advance for any input you have, and sorry if this seems like a re-post, but I can't seem to find anyone who is having quite the same problem or a solution that seems to work.

I've just reinstalled Win 7 today but have still got this same problem whereby I can do almost everything else that requires Administrator privileges, except make changes to programs - it keeps just telling me I need to be an Administrator to uninstall a program, yet I'm the only person using...

I read in an earlier post that the bug/feature which killed your gadgets when UAC was off seemed to be fixed after a certain beta build number. Can anyone verify that this is fixed in the RC?
It wouldn't bother me at all, except I have one game which will not run with UAC, so, it becomes a...
This one has me stumped. Something I did today caused what can I only assume to be programs that need to run as administrator to fail. Anything with that little shield next to it.

After I installed Windows 7 noticed that Logitech Setpoint drivers doesn't allow me to bind all the keys on my G5 mouse in Warhammer Online (probably this issue will be the same for most games, world of warcraft etc). For few days I was trying to fix this. Here is the solution.
