    Windows 8 Recovered video file write-protected

    I recently recovered a deleted video file. I'm attempting to move it to my backup drive but the following message appeared (attachment included). I don't recall ever having this issue in the past so I'm not sure what I need to do to fix it. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
