    VIDEO windows defender does not do anything when i try to open it

    i want to download something but its marked as a virus by chrome and windows defender so when i went to trun it off nothing happens when i click it and it just load i will include a video if i can also i have tried starting it though the program files method but it wont work youtube link for video

    Windows 10 How to troubleshoot laptop crashing

    My guess is hardware, but what I notice is that the machine will stutter -> hang -> then totally crash. The system is still "on" but I must do a hard-power-off in order to turn it on again. Sometimes after crashing it will hang and crash during the whole POST/BIOS startup section as well...
