    Windows 7 Problems with USB 2.0 Devices BUT ONLY on 1st boot (Restart fixes)

    Hello. Recently, I have decided to download the Windows 7 Release Candidate onto my computer. I really love how it's working right now, and everything is going smoothly... Except for the Tablet PC functions on Windows 7. I mainly use my tablet for drawing things on Photoshop, Tegaki E etc...
