I use Acronis to backup my drives so I do not lose data even if my drive dies .

Hi, Qiana:) I'm a newbie here. Likewise, I also need to secure my files but I can't recommend anything. Though, I have read regarding a software for google apps cloud security. I think, it is different from a regular encryption. You may try browsing too, it might be good for your business.

Thanks woosh and LuckyGem. I did take a look at Acronis and a bunch of other cloud security software and I can't tell which one is the best. A business associate told me that I should take a closer look at ones that are members of the cloud security alliance to ensure that the tool we're using is properly regulated. He's currently using Netskope. Do you know of any other software that's CSA-certified? I haven't decided quite yet so feel free to drop anything that might be of help. TIA.
