After World War One, the common atmosphere was, Never again. We all know how that ended. Once again, I don't have exact figures or references but, after World War Two, we have probably had 150 or more wars, actual wars with bullets etc. and people literally dying. The Cold One is a figure of speaking.

And, it doesn't seem to stop. War, I mean. Don't know if anyone honest ever said The Cold War ended, but I know Plato said, Only the dead have seen the end of war. To give you a commonly published fact, Russia has troops of strength and speed near St. Petersburg, enough to take both Finland and Sweden in five days - this is no classified information.
