📎 AI Summary:
A forum user asks how to deal with an unknown program that starts automatically on boot, specifically Haali Media Splitter, which they say they didn’t install and can’t remove because it doesn’t appear in Programs and Features and can’t be terminated after launch (even after trying startup managers like Advanced System Care and CCleaner). The initial response/threads aim to identify how it’s configured to run at startup (e.g., via startup entries/services) and determine safe removal steps. Overall sentiment is practical and troubleshooting-focused, with a willingness to guide the user toward finding the actual autostart location and correcting it.

I have an unknown program starting at boot, Haali Media Splitter. I didn’t install it, and I haven’t found a way to delete it. It isn’t listed in Programs and Features. I have tried to delete it with 2 startup managers (Advanced System Care 6 and CCleaner). There is no way to close the program once it starts.
