Windows 7 A few BSOD's over the last week or so.

So, I've been having some weird BSOD's. The reason why they're weird is I don't actually see the blue screen, it just freezes for a few seconds, turns off and turns back on.

I assumed it was overheating, but it appears to be not. I've come here because I'm completely clueless as to what's causing it but it's BSOD 124, so I assume the PSU is possibly dying? I tested my ram to no errors either.
