Hi All,
I'm building a new system with an Intel DH67GD Link Removed - Invalid URL, Crucial M4 128gb SSD and Sony OptiArc DVD-RW Link Removed - Invalid URL.
I've tried to install windows 7 from the DVD, but I got an error: "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing". Both the SSD and the DVD-RW appear in the BIOS and the SSD is displayed correctly is diskpart (I tried to format it according to
Link Removed - Invalid URL
but it didn't help). Any suggestions? Is this an SSD related probelm and is there a problem with the DVD-RW?

All components are brand new.

Welcome to the forums.

This is common with people who download an ISO installation file and burn it to disk. This is usually a disk related problem and not a motherboard one. Re-burning to to a new disk fixes this.

How did you attain the Windows installation disk?
