Active Directory Domain Services wont install and shows error 0x80073701

When I go into "Server Manager" in windows server 2016 then click "Manage" then click "Add role or Feature" I click "Active Directory Domain Services" (ADDS) then I click "Install" after some time later it says "The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed. Installation of one or more roles, role services, or features failed. The referenced assembly could not be found. Error 0x80073701". I tried many videos and forums but nothing works.

With the amount of issue and the fact that there is corruption and you can't repair it. I would check the health of the disk and if it's good do a clean install. It's going to be a lot quicker than trying to repair if it's even possible.
I would first run the command DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and make sure there is no corruption.

If there is no corruption then upload the DISM and CBS logs. If they are too big upload them to another site and link.

--DISM Log Location--
"C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log"

--CBS Log Location--
"C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log"
 
But now when I try to add a New forest domain thing it shows:
An image from 'Active Directory Domain Services wont install and shows error 0x80073701'. Error message indicating an unrecognized domain name or cmdlet in deployment configuration.

Hello, I need your support to solve the following case, with Windows Server 2022 standard, I cannot download updates and it is a domain replica, I need to configure other roles and download updates but I have not been able to due to the following error: There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later.
