Windows 7 - Added to my 'Tips Compilation' Sticky

I have added the following to my 'Tips Compilation'... part of keeping things clean of unnecessary stuff that just accumulates w/ regular usage.

In Safe Mode (can't empty this fully in Normal Mode) in Search type %temp% & delete the contents of the resultant folder.
