Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series, despite meeting all minimum requirements the PC Health Check app still says that my system is not compatible, and even though I'm in the Windows Insider Program I'm not able to download the Windows 11 update through the Beta channel.
  • There are no problems with the RAM(4GB) or storage(way above the required 64GB)
  • About the TMP 2.0 chip, I did check and my laptop does have it installed
  • Secure boot has also been enabled
Any ideas as to what might have gone wrong??

Make sure the TPM is in 2.0 mode. It's most likely in 1.2 mode

I did check the specification version, it said 2.0

Try this tool it tends to give more detail on why a system is not compatible rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11

Solution
Thx man!! I guess the cpu not being listed is the problem then.
An image from 'All Windows 11 Requirements Met But Still Shows Error'. Windows 11 compatibility test shows mostly OK, except CPU compatibility is uncertain.

That is messed up and hopefully Microsoft will backtrack on this, but I suppose we shall see what happens.

I'm not 100% but I believe newer CPUs use the same 1151 socket so you could probably just grab an 8th gen cpu
