Windows 7 America's Army 3 Marksmanship Help

Hello everyone! I would really appreciate the help if someone could help give me a cheat/hack to get expert on the training in America's Army where you have the M16 rifle with iron sight. I can't get 36/40! It's frickin impossible! Please help me!!!!!!!!!
