Windows 7 Any Reason To Keep Vista?

Soon I will be switching from RC to Retail version of Windows 7 both 64 bit. Right now I am dual booting and all my software works in both. Is there any practical reason to keep Vista My PC it just went out of warrantee? I want to wipe 7 format it then resize partition for the new install.
