Alright, I just went into BIOS and set it to 1333Mhz. I just made updated images of my memory in CPU-Z, just because I always like having a second opinion for stuff like this.

Sure, wrong again. According to your new screenshots (Memory.zip), the current RAM frequency is 1510 Mhz. Set DRAM frequency in strict accordance with the rated specs for your RAM.

I found out what the issue was, turns out the BIOS wasn't saving my settings. I unplugged my USB devices and going to try setting back to 1333Mhz using a PS/2 keyboard. What a friend in my computer class told me to do.

Still doing it, I load optimized defaults and it will set it to 1333Mhz then I'll save the settings and exit the BIOS then when I go back into BIOS to look it over it will be back at 1205Mhz or 1507Mhz

I found the culprit, it was the OC Genie feature on my Mobo that kept overclocking it forcing it past 1333Mhz. I disabled it and now according to CPU-Z it is at 1333Mhz.

Got another bluescreen while shutting down from start menu and another when I signed back on. The DRAM is also set at 1333Mhz in bios and everything, here are my CPU-Z shots and dmp files

The RAM looks right. Check with the manufacturer if you need to set the voltage manually.

You may also want to upgrade bios.

Yeah I just tried says BIOS is the latest version. As for the USB 3.0 driver can't find an update at this time. I updated the hotfix and the realtek lan driver though.

I just upped my DRAM voltage to 1.6 from 1.5 and it loaded my desktop a lot faster than usual upon logging in. I'll be able to test for blue screens tomorrow and I'll give an update then.

Even if nothing special is mentioned about it, set the Dram options as frequency/timing/voltage in strict accordance with the official specs. Also check if the sticks are compattible with the motherboard.

Make sure the sticks are 100% matching, of the same brand and from the same batch.

Well finally found out what the issue was. Turns out there was not enough juice to run my cards on cold boot and it was taking power away from other parts causing power fluctuations. Ordering a new power supply right now. Thanks Cybercore for all of the assistance, I really appreciated all of the effort you put into helping me. =)
