Windows 7 best FREE Ad Blocker for Windows 7 ?

I am struggling with all the options of Ad Blocking s/w .. I stupidly installed Ad Annihilator and the thing failed part way into the install, then I couldn't unintall it without a Registry Cleaner. (developers still use WISE & UNWISE? Who knew?) ..

Anyway, any recommendations for a robust & decent Ad Blocker that is Free - or very inexpensive? Thanks in advance.

You can try Simple Adblock out. It is designed to work with IE7,8, 9 & 10. The number of ads blocked per day is 200. The Pro is $29.95 for 3 computers.

I was checking the EULA out to see if there is a time limitation on that, I couldn't find one. Anyway, you may wish to try the free version to see if you'll even like it.

Note that you'll get a nag screen to upgrade after it blocks 200 ads per day, which by chance is fast with IE.
