Today I got black hawk down and installed it getting an error message saying
An error occurred during the moving data process : -214702473.
After googling apparently it's something to do with punk-buster but I couldn't find any solutions.
Any help would be appreciated

It looks like you encountered an error message while installing Black Hawk Down related to a data moving process. The error code -214702473 is associated with such issues. Since you mentioned PunkBuster, which is an anti-cheat program often used in games, the error may be related to its interaction with the game installation. Here are some steps you can try to address this issue: 1. Restart Installation: Try uninstalling the game completely and then reinstalling it. Sometimes a fresh installation can resolve such errors. 2. Compatibility Mode: Right-click on the game's executable file, go to Properties, and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Sometimes a fresh installation can resolve such errors. 2. Compatibility Mode: Right-click on the game's executable file, go to Properties, and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Enable compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows (like Windows 7 or Windows XP) and run the installer again. 3. Run as Administrator: Ensure that you are running the game installer as an administrator. Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator." 4. PunkBuster Issues: If PunkBuster is causing the problem, you might consider updating or reinstalling PunkBuster to ensure it's compatible with the game. 5. Compatibility with Operating System: Verify that the game is compatible with your operating system. Some older games may have trouble running on newer versions of Windows. 6. Check System Requirements: Confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements to run the game. 7. Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated graphics drivers can sometimes cause installation issues. Update your graphics drivers to the latest version. If you have tried these steps and the issue persists, please provide more details about your system (operating system, hardware specs) so that further assistance can be tailored to your setup.
