Your problems seems to be related with different Windows components. Do restore your system to an earlier date, stop conflicting services items, clean boot Windows and Link Removed. Follow the steps given below until your problem is completely fixed.
Clean Boot:
1. Click Start, select All Programs | Accessories | Run.
2. Type “MSCONFIG” (without quotes).
3. Click OK button.
4. Under General tab uncheck “Load startup items” checkbox.
5. Click Apply | OK.
6. Reboot your machine.
Disable Antivirus and Security Program:
1. Right click the Taskbar icon of your Antivirus software.
2. Select Realtime Protection | Off.
