Every week or so I get a Blue Screen of Death. It happens when I open my computer after it has been hibernating. I have a Toshiba Satellite A505 running Windows 7 Home Edition.

I am attaching a zip file of the .dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump

I look forward to a solution. Thank you.

Hello and Welcome !!

Seems like the crashed has caused by igdkmd64.sys which belongs to your Intel Display Driver. I would recommend to uninstall the Drivers and download a fresh copy from Intel's website and install it and see if that fixes the problem.

Once of the best advice i seen about this VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116) crash is :

If playing with video driver versions hasn't helped, make sure the box is not overheating. Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU. Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference. If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling." - H2SO4
Try this free video stress test: FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Update the Following Drivers

Code:
FwLnk.sys Sun Nov 19 19:41:04 2006
TVALZ_O.SYS Fri Nov 09 08:38:41 2007
Thpevm.SYS Tue Sep 04 06:43:06 2007
tdcmdpst.sys Tue Dec 11 07:59:00 2007
IntcHdmi.sys Mon Sep 22 19:19:56 2008
agrsm64.sys Mon Nov 10 20:31:35 2008
