Hello ben, To customize the border color and size around the options displayed when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del (such as "Lock computer" and "Task Manager"), you can adjust the settings in Windows. Here's how you can change the border color and size:

Change Border Color:

  1. Open Settings:
    • Click on the Start menu.
    • Select the gear icon for Settings.
  2. Access Personalization Settings:
    • In Settings, go to "Personalization."
  3. Select Colors:
    • On the left sidebar, click on "Colors."
  4. Choose Accent Color:
    • Scroll down and find "Choose your accent color." You can pick a color from the palette or customize it.

    • Below the accent color, make sure "Show color on Start, taskbar, action center, and title bars" is toggled on.

      Change Border Size:

Currently, Windows doesn't offer a specific setting to adjust the size of the border around those options when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del. This border size may be controlled by your system's overall DPI scaling settings, controlling the size of all UI elements in Windows. You might be able to change the border size indirectly by adjusting your system's DPI settings:
  6. Right-click on an empty space on the desktop.
  7. Go to "Display settings."
  8. Look for "Scale and layout" and adjust the slider under "Change the size of text, apps, and other items." By altering your DPI setting, you can indirectly affect the size of UI elements, including the border you mentioned. If you're looking for more ways to customize your Windows interface, feel free to ask for further assistance!
