    Correct, only after power starts again comes BSOD. I switched my old memory from A-Data to OCZ ones and same thing occurs, it might be then mobo issue? The first dmp-file was under the old memory and second one is with newer ones (OCZ).

    The SPD –picture shows my memory is running on 400mhz even though they are 800mhz fast (OCZ PC2-6400/800Mhz);

    2xOCZ sticks 800Mhz 6-6-6-18 1.8v, correct?
    I see EPP profile, a link to the manufacturer's discription page would be good.

    Update/disable the Realtek driver. If crashes persist after that, run 10 passes of Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool.

    Your memory settings look right, 800Mhz 6-6-6-18.

    If you get any blue screens again, then disable the Realtek device and hibernate the PC several times, to see if the Realtek is the problem.

    Also run Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool for 10 passes.

    1. I updated Realtek drivers and then put computer to sleep mode. Then after waking up from sleep mode and powering up OS the system just frozes.

    2. Run memtest (booted from cd) once, no errors. I might let it run later night 10 times. I doubt that if the issue is in the memory (unless my old memory A-Data ones are corrupt also, because same BSOD happened with old memory).

    3. Removed Realtek drivers (seems they are obsolete? My network seems to work without them). Went to sleep mode and again powering up OS the system frozes.

    The BSOD problem is gone but the computer just frozes now. Checked the minidump folder and there are no new .dmp files.

    Maybe I just should dodge the sleep mode because system runs fine during normal operations (read: never frozes/BSOD except straight after sleep mode).

    That BSOD's stopped is a good sign. Make sure there is enough disk space on your system drive.
