Hi, all nights about 10 pm. - 10.15 pm. my PC restarts showing a BSOD screen. I don't knowk what is the reason. I analysed my PC with Avast Antivirus and Malwarebytes and I haven't got any malicious file or program in my PC.

When my PC starts again, show a message similar to "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown", and if I press the More Details button I get this:

Firma con problemas:

Why? What can I do?

Thanks!

Solution
SP1 is required - it has many, many fixes for common problems (to include BSOD's)
Follow these instructions to update to SP1:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1...
Please provide this information in order to help solve your problem: Link Removed

Please ensure that you have all available Windows Updates - to include SP1.

While waiting for a reply, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Link Removed

Thanks for your answer.

The .rar file with all info is atached to this post.

I need to do the "Link Removed", but I'll do that this afternoon.

Regards.

P.S. Do I need to update to SP1 or isn't needed yet?

5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

More to follow as I run the reports from the uploaded info that you provided (it takes about 10 minutes).....

Solution
Sorry it took longer than 10 minutes - but this one has a lot of stuff to work on!

Only 3 Windows Updates on your system. Follow the instructions in the previous post. Then ensure that you get ALL Windows Updates. Most systems have 130 to 140 updates after SP1 (you can see this in the systeminfo.txt report).

This device has problems:
Android Composite ADB Interface PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_10F0&SUBSYS_00378086&REV_06\3&11583659&0&C8 No puede iniciar este dispositivo (In English "This device cannot start").
Please un-install this device.

The above device is a bit confusing - as the Hardware ID relates to an Intel wired LAN device. Please:
- remove any Android associated programs/devices
- install a fresh copy of the wired networking drivers for your system (from Link Removed )

You have a Realtek RTL8187 Wireless 802.11b/g 54Mbps USB 2.0 Network Adapter
Win7 doesn't like these devices. Here's my rant on this subject:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

We're looking at audio problems - both in the MSINFO32 report and in one of the dump files. While the MSINFO32 files just specify generic audio, the memory dump points to stdriver32.sys - a component of the Sound Tap program (it also may be associated with a USB audio device - which have known issues with Win7)

Please:
- un-install Sound Tap
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win7 compatible version from here: Record Streaming Audio - Streaming Audio Capture Software
- install it and monitor for further BSOD's

Also, please update your audio device's drivers - just in case that that's a part of the problem.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] Link Removed [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): Link Removed (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

Please un-install HotSpotShield. Recently it has been shown to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
