I have been having some random BSODs after a (mostlikely coincidental) windows update. I will get BSOD when I log into desktop, sometimes it's a System_"something" (I've only gotten that one once or twice) or more commonly IRLQ_less_or_equal. Sometimes, my desktop freezes and forces me to manually reset, causing a BSOD on login also. I get BSOD randomly it seems, but one surfire way to do it was to use Chrome before I uninstalled it. Whenever I try to reinstall it, it causes a BSOD. I've tried to find similar problems on your forum, which guided me to get rid of Daemon Tools/SPTD(Don't think the linked tool removed SPTD, so i disabled it in Autoruns to be safe) , reset my BIOS to default, and ran memory and hardrive tests on boot. I have yet to test each individual piece of Ram though, because i really really hope it is software related.

I have an Asus P6T Mobo
    i7 920 2.67 ghz proc
    EVGA GTX 275
    Patriot 3x2GB DDR3 1066 Ram
Western Digital 582 GB 7200rpm HDD
    Corsair 750W psu

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002ef52b3, address which referenced memory

Updated VCD, got rid of Soluto then restarted, blue screened on login with system_?? error again.
In safe mode, used chkdsk, no problems.
Used sfc /scannow two times yesturday, did not see any faulty tests.

If it helps, my two most recent blue screen critical errors, most recent first.

The RAM sticks are matching and set right. The sticks are sitting in Slots 1, 3, 5, so you have slots 2 and 4 empty? Might be worth reinstalling them in 1,2,3.

Run memtest overnight Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool.

Event ID 41 - The last sleep transition was unsuccessful. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding failed or lost power during the sleep transition. Possible causers hardware, PSU.

To remove sptd.sys use DuplexSecure - FAQ.

    Attach the latest .dmp.

Did memtest overnight for 12 hours, all passes. Am not getting minidump files anymore, followed Ickymay on "How to ask for help with a BSOD problem."
Still didnt work, changed small memory dump to kernal, tried unchecking overwrite existing kernal, induced crash by starting Chrome, still no minidump. I'm planning on reformating today and if the BSOD's still occur, I'll check my PSU and swap out ram individually.
I got my first Driver in a BSOD, it was ataport.sys, and i believe it was this event:

Sorry, was gone for the past two days, but my problems were resolved by reformating. Thanks for your help.
