I've had this problem for years, and I can't seem to fix it myself, so i've decided to seek your expert help.

I've attached the required files as per the sticky.

I always get a BSOD with the ati graphics driver as the culprit, however I used to have a nvidia card in this same setup, and the BSOD used to say it was caused by the nvidia driver. I was hoping by upgrading the video card it would solve the BSOD issue but it hasn't

Other things I've done.
Windows update fully up to date.
Using latest graphic drivers
Updated BIOS
Reformated windows 7
Disconnected all extra hardware besides 1 hard drive
Tried the graphics card in the 2 other PCI-E slots on the motherboard
New PSU
Have temperature warnings on CPU and case (but it never goes off)
Ran memtest on the RAM

My hardware setup is:
Intel I7-2600k (not overclocked)
2 x 4gb DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon 480 (used to be an Nvidia GF570 which would also give me BSOD)
650W PSU (brand new, old one also caused BSOD)
Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3 mobo.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi,
as your already aware something, either software or hardware, is causing the graphics driver to TDR. Causes for TDR's can be almost anything and it could be simply down to a particular application your using.
The above dump file is the most prolific but I also saw bugchecks caused by:

EtronXHCI.sys Fri Feb 25 17:51:52 2011: USB 3.00 driver please update using the driver (later version) found on your motherboard support site:
GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 (rev. 1.3) | Motherboard | GIGABYTE
And:
AppleCharger.sys Mon Jan 10 09:57:29 2011: GIGABYTE On/Off Charge driver. See here for details - Link Removed May cause BSOD on Win7/8 systems - uninstall to test.

Looking over your drivers/apps in general I also noted these possible culprits:

dtsoftbus01.sys Thu Jan 13 08:27:08 2011: Daemon Tools driver. Possible BSOD issues in Win7 please remove.

xusb21.sys Thu Aug 13 23:10:17 2009: XBox USB wireless controller BSOD issues in Win7 with 2009 driver (found in mid-2012). Please update:
Link Removed

I'm pretty sure the above is the link for the later driver.

Please post any new dump files.

Cheers kemical.
I updated/removed all you recommended yesterday. Then I actually already got another BSOD today when I opened my browser.
I've attached the latest dmp file (20/11/17). Anything else you can recommend?

Hi,
it can be a bit of trial and error chasing the culprit down but hopefully we'll get there.

Something I missed when I first read your post is:
Have temperature warnings on CPU and case (but it never goes off)
Where do these temp warnings appear?

Check your CPU temperature at idle and at stress using something like HWiNFO64

To stress the CPU use something like this app: Link Removed

Check your CPU is ok by running Intel's chip diagnostic:
Link Removed

Stress test your gpu using Furmark, again, please monitor temps using the app suggested above.

These drivers need updating:

Rt64win7.sys Thu Jan 13 11:57:19 2011: Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC please update using the link provided above for the motherboard support page. Look under Realtek LAN for the 2015 update.

HECIx64.sys Wed Oct 20 00:33:43 2010: Intel Management Engine Interface please update. You need both drivers found under 'chipset' on the moBo support page.

RTKVHD64.sys Fri Feb 11 10:16:05 2011: Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver please update using the latest driver from Realtek:
Realtek

Can you ensure that all browsers are latest versions.

See how you go with those changes and please post any new dump files.
