Windows 7 BSOD occurs randomly. Attaching dump file

Hi,
My PC gets a BSOD probably once every couple of days and it happens whether I'm using it or if I just let it sit there in sleep mode. I'm attaching the latest dump file for review, and hopefully some help?

The only anomalous behavior I'm aware of is this: occasionally my Realtek HD notification center will throw up a message saying I've just plugged something into the headphone jack when I haven't.

Could the problem be related to that?Link Removed

A single dump file often won't give us complete information. Please provide these reports: Link Removed

First, this error was reported:
DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
Please run this free diagnostic: Link Removed - Invalid URL
Please post back with the results (there's other tests to run if this test passes).

Next, this appears to have happened during a transition into hibernation/sleep. In the old days this was primarily due to video drivers - but it's gotten more complicated since Vista (and Win7) came out.
Please replace these drivers:
- video
- chipset
- storage
- any other Intel utilities that may be on the system (Management Engine, TurboBoost, etc)

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol %...
Still waiting on dump file.

My audio panel will give me a similar notification, until I turn it off.

Anything showing up in Event Viewer around the time it has problems, and the Kernel Power log entry is normal for a BSOD.

I have found 17 old drivers - you should also try this article Error message: "Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem" and see if it helps at all.

Please update these drivers, as they are related to Storage Control of your Hard Disk/Storage Drives:

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] Link Removed [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
