You posting seem to point to the Network Adapter Driver (NETw5s64.sys). Can you update it or uninstall the Network adapter, remove all drivers for it during the uninstall, and let Windows find it again, or load drivers from another source?

You might want to jump over to the BSOD forum and check the sticky on what might be needed to diagnose a Blue Screen.
