The information I can find from the BSOD includes the following

Technical infomration

Collecting data for crash dump

I haven't installed anything new, I also even tried a complete system reset last summer but still ended up getting the

random failures shortly afterwards even without any additional hardware/software installations.

Is there anything I can do?

Followed the instructions and included the relevent zipped folders, SF diag tool had trouble finding some of the stuff

    []Check for Hardware Issues:

    ]Check for System File Corruption:
    • Run the System File Checker tool (sfc /scannow) to check and repair system file corruption.
    []Check for Disk Errors:
    • Use the Check Disk utility to scan and fix disk errors on your system drive.
    [
]Review recently installed Software or Updates:
    • If the issue started after a specific software installation or Windows Update, consider uninstalling the update or software.
    []Perform a Clean Boot:
    • Temporarily disable all non-Microsoft services and startup programs to identify any conflicting software causing the issue.
    [
    ]Monitor System Temperature:
    • Check your system's temperature to ensure it's not overheating, which can lead to instability.
    []Review System Logs:
    • Check Windows Event Viewer logs for any recurring errors or warnings around the time of the crashes.
    [
    ]Check Memory (RAM):
    • Run Windows Memory Diagnostic tool or Memtest86 to check for any issues with your system's RAM.
  2. Consider Upgrading to Windows 10:
    • Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, and upgrading to Windows 10 may provide a more stable and secure experience.

Regarding the Zip File and SF Diag Tool Issues:

If the SF Diag Tool had trouble finding some data, you might need to manually gather some information for further troubleshooting. Ensure you have essential details like system specifications, recent changes, and any specific error messages you encountered. For a more detailed analysis, you can try to provide additional information from the gathered logs or system details for further assistance. Feel free to share any specific error messages, logs, or additional details for a more targeted troubleshooting approach. Let me know if you need further guidance or assistance with any of the steps mentioned.
