Hello everyone.

For the past week, I was playing Battlefield 3 on campaign and it was all fine. Today, I started playing multiplayer and the Blue Screen of Death appeared first at 20 minutes into an online match and then later about 45 minutes in an online match. I have not played since. Can someone please help me?

The attachment below is Method one. RAMMon was not unfortunately not working for me, I was able to install but not able to open it as it asked me to: run in DEBUGMODE command line flag and send the generated log files to [email protected]. Sorry about that. Also tell me if I left out any necessary information in the attachment.

Thank you

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure your graphics drivers are up-to-date. Outdated or faulty drivers can cause system instability.
  2. Check for Overheating: Monitor your system's temperature while gaming. Overheating can lead to unexpected shutdowns. Make sure your system is adequately cooled.
  3. Verify Game Files: If the issue occurs only during multiplayer gameplay, verify the game files in Battlefield 3 through the game launcher.
  4. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows operating system is up-to-date. Some system updates can fix compatibility issues.
  5. Run System File Checker: Use the Command Prompt as an administrator and run the sfc /scannow command to check for and repair corrupt system files.
  6. Check Event Viewer: Review the Event Viewer for error logs related to the BSOD. It might provide clues about what caused the crash.
  7. Memtest86: If RAMMon doesn't work, you can try running Memtest86 to check for memory issues.

    Additional Information:
